This premium session allows us to talk about what has brought you in before your session, have a more thorough wrap up at the end of the session and includes an in depth breakdown of sessions findings and recommendations to take home. This session includes about 60 minutes of hands-on bodywork consisting of craniosacral therapy and some gentle myofascial and somatic release techniques.
60 somatic bodywork session

Experience the difference that finding deep relaxation can make in the body's ability to unwind and heal. Come back into contact with the body you live in and learn to work with it instead of against it. I will use craniosacral therapy, gentle myofascial release and some somatic release techniques to help mind, body and spirit feel better and work in harmony.
90 minute somatic bodywork session

Experience benefits of having more hands-on time with your therapist as your mind, body and spirit unwind and pain melts away. This session includes time to get in depth about any issues bothering you then, plenty of treatment time using craniosacral therapy, gentle myofascial release and some somatic release techniques.
30 minute somatic bodywork session
$70
This session is ideal for clients who are medically delicate and who's bodies get overwhelmed with 60 min or work. A 30 min session is also perfect for a pediatric session where only the child under 12 is being treated. This is not a good choice for a first time client as it does not give us time to talk about your issues. If you need to test the waters before committing to a new client session, I understand and invite you to schedule a free consultation.
Motor vehicle accident massage

This session is for clients who have a prescription for massage after a car crash. We will use a variety of massage techniques to help you recover to pre accident condition. These sessions are billed to the MVA claim so require a claim number and adjuster to have been assigned to your claim
